Responsibilities
Test lead will be
Defining cost effective test approach based on the project needs
Delivering test deliverables such as
o Test strategy definition, test completion reports
Producing periodic KPIs to show progress QoQ to top level and middle layer management teams
Preparing root cause analysis for SIT and UAT leakages and producing preventing actions.
Working with cross-domains and conducting end-to-end tests.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
8 years of overall experience in professional software engineering
2 years as developer (java / Java script )
3 years as tester
2 years as test lead
Experience in Agile
2 years of experience in Wealth Management
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expertise in defining test planning / test approach based on Functional specs, NFR for performance testing, High-level design and Low-level designs.
Expert in various testing techniques
Expert in defining Risk based test approach and exploratory testing
Expert in defining effective regression test pack
Expert in Test data management
Expert in defining effective test combinations with less effort.
Experience in
o reviewing test cases
o identifying gaps against Requirements, defined test approach, test design
Experience in Functional Regression test automation tools (UFT, Selenium, Appium )
Experience in performance testing and usage of JMeter
Experience in Test management tools such (ALM, JIRA )
Experience in testing middleware such as MQ, Batch processing, REST APIs
Experience dealing with Continuous integration and Continuous delivery tools / processes
