Senior Technical Project Manager - Sap Hcm @ Walmart Labs

Job Description

Mandatory Technical and Professional Skills:

Experience in SAP HCM and managed atleast 2 implementation Projects, Scrum, JIRA, MS office, MS project

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Minimum 6-8 years of experience with atleast 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Experience managing Level3/Level2 support projects

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

Track and report project progress to management team

Lead the Grooming, Planning, Review and Retrospective meetings with project team

Manage JIRA stories for business and track the progress

Create and manage weekly monthly Agile Compliance reports

Work with business and IT team for plan coordinate release of features

Work closely with Development team, Business QA teams to ensure story readiness

Experience to provide training to the team on the agile methodologies

Ability to resolve conflict with a continual focus on the Scrum values of openness, honesty, commitment, courage, and respect

Adept at identifying and removing impediments slowing the Development team down, as well as shielding the team from external interruptions and distractions
