US Voice Process Outbound Calling (Night Shift 100 % Remote - Work From Home)

Ideal Candidate:
1. Must have 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
2. Must have IT / SAAS Sales experience.
3. Must have Excellent Communication - Preferably US Eastern Accent. Excellent in English
Writing and Reading.
4. Preferred if you have good knowledge of different IT Technologies.
5. Must have the ability to earn Client Trust and Respect.
6. Must have the ability to Overcome Objections and Create Urgency.Must be comfortable with
Video / Screen share record calling with developers and Interaction with Clients.
7. Must be Hungry to get Sales
Daily Tasks:
- Pure Hunting - Daily Targets 300 Cold Calls or 2 Presentations.
- 3 Hours Talk time.
Salary: Decided as per experience, 3 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs annum. Base + Uncapped Commissions.
Targets:
30 Days Target: Generate $1000 in Net New Revenue in First month.
90 Days Target: Generate $5,000 in Net Revenue per month (MRR).
Hiring Process:

Step 3: Assignment (1 to 2 days work)
Step 4: Video Interview
Step 5: Reference Calls (Need all Former Managers Contact Info)
100% Remote Work for home position:
1) This is a 100% Remote Work from home Position. We except you have separate working room
with no Distractions from Family members.
2) Minimum 30 Mbps Internet. Stable Internet.
3) Good Work Station and Video Cam daily Video call with team.
4) Available 24/7 on Phone, Whatsapp, Skype Chat for team calls.
