KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

• Prior experience running software projects using Agile methodology
• Good command over spoken and written English
  Organized and detail oriented
• Business analysis and software specification documentation
• Hands on with technology. Should be able to lead the team technically.
  ReactJS
• Python/DJango/Flask
• MySQL
• Experience with JIRA/TFS for Agile
• Coordinating test activities - including test planning, review of test scenarios/cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall project delivery responsibility
  Facilitate the team in the performance of their duties across development and testing
• Ensure process compliance, adherence and improvement across all software development activities
• Ensure brisk and efficient communication to project stakeholders including customer and higher management
• Identify and provide direction to support team members to modify behavior that could adversely impact group effectiveness and productivity
• Facilitate positive change in team, department culture and product development values
• Encourage and support others to take on responsibility and display accountability
• Responsible for recruitment, new hire training and smooth transition into projects
• Schedule, prepare content for, and lead regular job performance discussions for direct reports
• Release Management to deliver software releases on time and with high quality
• Provide timely feedback on code reviews and address defects and performance issues
• Stay tuned to department best practices and current technology trends, patterns and implement them where appropriate
