Job Description
Skills Required:
- Should possess basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Be proactive towards the duties assigned and should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have good communication skills and be able to express confidently
- Ability to contribute within the team and come up with new initiatives for execution
- Should be able to generate effective solutions for business problems using sound analytical skills
- Ability to multitask by prioritising and managing time prudently
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile financial data from various sources and perform timely escalations of issues
- Analyse and coordinate financial management processes across teams and perform risk assessment
- Act as a liaison between the organisation and the customer and ensure customer delight with consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries and issues
- Establish and maintain brand collaborations and partnerships
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, developing best practices, procedures and standards
- Monitor market trends and understand choices shaping consumer preferences
Selection Process:
- All candidates will go through 3-6 months of training. During the training period, the candidate will earn a stipend of Rs 5000 per month
- The training will expose candidates to various aspects of finance and accounting, knowledge of financial institutions (viz. Reserve Bank of India and other commercial banks and insurance providers), communication & soft skills, technological readiness as well as concepts of marketing, operations and analytics to excel in the corporate role
- At the end of the training period, the candidate will get a full time posting with one of our corporate partners after successful interview
