Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, 1. Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, Unemployed etc). 3. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team. 4. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors. Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.
1.Candidates must be minimum 12th pass 2.Candidates with minimum 1 yr of experience in insurance sales. 3.Candidates who are currently working as Life & General insurance advisors & are willing to surrender their license can also be sent for interview.
