Job Description
Urgent opening for Telesales executive/sales executive for
(Acquisition / Retention ) of Old Clients
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales through outbound calls to dropped customer
- Take assessment of customer needs and concerns
- Understand the product offerings and determine the correct offer to fit the customers needs
- Maintain sales reports
- Achieve and maintain performance metrics and provide best-in-class service
- Attend team meetings, including but not limited to one-on-one and team training sessions
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills
- Strong focus on outbound calling
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Effective in handling customer escalations through a consistent, calm, empathetic and professional approach
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Acquisition / Retention Experience : min 3yrs
Overall sales experience : 5yrs
