We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to assist our HR department.

 

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Look after end to end Recruitment both IT and Non- IT Profiles.
  • Screening and calling the potential candidate from job portals to fill company job vacancies.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies get close.
  • Verification of selected candidate.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Updating employee databases and maintaining their personal files.
  • Updating employee time-sheet records.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Assisting the HR Manager as and when require.
  • Assisting HR Team in the planning and executing of company events, celebration etc.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Help team in statutory compliance works.
  • Prepare Presentations and reports as directed by reporting manager.
