The key aspects of this role include:
- Helping customer with Queries.
- Tasks are handled via incoming calls, E-mails and Facebook support.
- Periodic checks and follow ups on cases raised and taking them to closure.
- Ensuring accuracy of documentation of the issue mentioned during customer contact.
