Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Linux system administration with good knowledge on remote administration and service deployments
• Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments
• Handling end to end resolution of all technical related queries.
• Experience configuring, and maintaining services such as DNS, Apache, NFS,LVM, Multipath, Network issues, File System, System/Vulnerabilities Patching, ACL, User Admin, Security & Performance related scenarios
• Fundamentally sound in network concepts. Ability to explain how DNS works, familiarity with load balancing (Application/System), firewalls, etc.
• Proficient with network tools such as IPtables, HAProxy, importance in providing high availability and scalability etc. {{depending on specific project needs}}
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware/KVM/Xen {{depending on project requirements}}, Virtual machine provisioning on the vSphere vCenter with good
• Troubleshooting skills, knowledge on VMware vRealize Automation 6.x7.x
• Understanding of any standard Ticket Management Tools like Service Now, HP SM etc.
• Ability to resolve and troubleshoot existing monitor service alerts on production servers and should have worked on monitoring tools and Monitoring Tools like Nagios/Zabbix
• Deploy and support automation systems and tooling in a 24x7 production environment
