Huge hiring for Telecalling Executives

Role : Telecalling Executives (Work from home also available)

Experience : Any Experience (Freshers are welcome)
Work Location: Chennai
Shift Timings : 8:00am to 8:00pm (Any 9 hours)
Minimum Education Requirements: Any Degree
Known Lang: English with any regional languages
Interview mode Skype or telephonic
6 Days working
Salary depends upon candidate experience

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
