We are looking for Surat location from stock broking firm experience Qualified CS with 1 to 4 years experiene

Duties and Responsibilities

Company Law and Secretarial Compliances:

1. Filing of Annual returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and related legal documentation for group Companies and LLP
2. ROC XBRL Annual Filing Compliance
3. Maintenance of Minutes books, statutory registers and other supporting documents
4. Compliances relating to statutory meeting and statutory report
5. Keeping record of transfer of Shares and maintaining shareholding pattern of group Companies
6. Event-based and Time-based compliance under Companies Act, LLP Act & Rules
7. Online Inspection of Companies on ROC site

Compliance:

1. RBI returns and other RBI Compliance for NBFC
2. Supervise the maintenance of record and compliances of Exchange Segment

Banking Compliance:

1. Co-ordination with Bank officials for Bank Facilities
2. Renewal of Bank Guarantee and Banking Facilities
3. Maintaining record of Banking Facilities of group companies

Departmental:

1. Providing necessary guidance to Compliance Team
2. Review performance of department & raising staff requirements

Qualifications Graduate & Company Secretary

Minimum 1 year experience

Skills Required

1. Good Communication Skills
2. Good Interpersonal Skills

Coordination Skills
