B2B Corporate - Area Sales Incharge
Role Type: Individual Contributor - Corporate Sales/ Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities
As Area Sales Incharge, we see you as a competitive and trustworthy, high-performing sales maverick, enabling the Firm to meet its client acquisition and revenue growth objective.
Your primary role is to takes ownership of independently focusing on B2B (Corporate) sales, getting high volume big-ticket deals, ensuring timely collections of payment, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Plan, Pursue and Sell
- Analyze patterns in client and market behavior, understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify selling possibilities, evaluate client needs, and subsequently execute strategies to consistently optimize the business commercial performance.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-ins, and other forums.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/ close deals, facilitate legal agreements and ensure proper handover to the operations team.
- Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Secure a greater market share.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Client Management and Collections
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients (conglomerates).
- Collaborate with the clients and business partners to understand their requirements and present a customized sales solution. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Handle clients concerns, if any.
- Persistently follow-up with clients for collections of payment. Build robust professional relationship with clients to ensure prompt payment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 - 6 years of working experience in B2B (Corporate) sales, in a fast-paced company having dynamic business environment.
- Proven and successful experience of working independently for achieving or exceeding high volume sales targets.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level. Clearly articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and if required position products against competitors.
- Ability to executive the sales process from plan to close and collections.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights. Have an in-depth knowledge of the business product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
