Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Coordinator
Qualification: Post Graduate (preferable MBA or MBA from IRMA) ,
computer expert, Rural marketing expert, familiar with Gujarati, English
and Hindi
Location: Ahmedabad, SG Highway, Makarba
Marketing Coordinator Job Duties
- Generate greater awareness among Rural Populations /Stake holders ( e.g-
Farmers , Agricultural Products Distributors, Administrative Personnel etc)
on environmental and economic benefits of RWH;
- Conduct regular meetings with required associations / organizations to
answer various queries on RWH;
- Collaborate with specialised private agencies that offer the best advice and
cost-effective technological solutions;
- Ensure that private agencies make all arrangements at the time of laying
down the RWH infrastructure for ensuring clean water availability;
- Assign work of monitoring the established RWH systems to independent
agencies;
- Ensure that RWH systems are installed at Proper Place & Position
- Develop and coordinate presentations; advertisements for television, radio, online, social media, mail or other platforms; special events; and also, other marketing campaigns.
- Oversee planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Manage or provide content for website or social media pages.
- Research and identify market segments and trends.
- Relay sales data, market trends, customer questions and comments and other information to sales staff.
- Serve as liaison between company or organization, vendors or purchasers, advertising agencies, and media outlets or applicable associations.
- Oversee the execution of special events and product demonstrations or sampling.
- Receive and communicate to organization or company feedback on events, samples or demonstrations.
