Job Description
- Maintain the leave tracker
- Issue appointment & experiences letters
- Issue termination and warning letters
- Maintain Bio Metric software attendance and done entries of new joins
- All MIS reporting Day wise & Mailing
- Compliance (Audit )
- Process incoming mails
- Data Updating
- Attendance Management
- Leave Management
- All personnel related issues disputes, grievances, etc.
- Preparing Employment Contract for New Employees.
- Personnel Management: Payroll, Leave etc.
- Handling day to day activities.
- Administration tasks of HR.
- Preparing Salaries.
- Salary Disbursement.
Professional Qualification: MBA-HR
Working timings - 9:30 to 6:30 (6 Working Days)
Salary 15K
