- Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews
- Conduct Telephonic Interview.
- End to End follow up with Candidate & process.
- Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference in bulk hiring.
- Excellent Communication skills
