Developer Service-Now (SNOW) Description: Bed Bath & Beyond's IT Service Management (ITSM) Team strives to provide seamless service and customer experience across all channels of Bed Bath & Beyond. By focusing on the customer first and creating an environment that stresses entrepreneurship, ownership and innovation, the team creates engaging experiences that build customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.
Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a SNOW Developer for the ITSM team to focus on developing and implementing SNOW solutions for the ITSM and ITOM processes and systems. This person will focus on configuration, custom development, and production support Responsibilities Work on SNOW configuration, custom development, and production support of the ITSM modules following the best practices. Set up new configuration and integrations with various monitoring tools leveraging the ITOM modules specifically on Discovery and Event Management. Work on the upgrade of the tool to the latest version.

Required Skills /Experience

• Bachelor's degree with IT, business, computer science or technical focus preferred.
• Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), SQL, XML and Web services.
• Min 3+ years of hand on SNOW systems configuration, development experience SNOW Madrid or later version knowledge.

• ITOM including Discovery and CMDB.
• And he should have good experience onto Integrations
• Should have ITSM knowledge & knowledge about CMDB, Asset, ITOM, Service Portal or any other module.

• Preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
