Should have good communication skills

Maintain company s IT Infrastructure up all the time
Zero breakdowns for IT Systems
IT backups
Diagnosis of potential for replaceable manual tasks with IT
Planning of IT infrastructure upgrades / addition / IT organization
Identify potential areas of IT break down and fix it
Managing Server, VM WARE, File server, VEEAM Back up, Tape library-SPHARE, Gateway Management, etc.
Review the existing system for back up
Identify risks with mitigation plan/ Revised the system
