Exp- 2-5 years of relevant exp in US Residential Mortgage
Location - Bangalore
Shift - 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (5 days working)

Qualification - Graduate/ Bachelors in any stream

Job Title/Designation PA/ SPA- (US Mortgage- Loan Servicing)

JD and Skills Required-

• Mortgage documents Knowledge
• Having Pre-Underwriting, Post-Closing Documents knowledge
• Must maintain high standard of details
• Assure Timely resolution with minimum follow-up required
• Assure Error free resolution First Time Right
• Dealing with High Volume requirements
• Provide excellent customer Service to Internal/External clients
• Minimum 18 months in the current role
• Good English Communication Skills Written/ Comprehension Skills

Required

• Must be a Graduate
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in teams with good coordination & knowledge sharing
• Analytical ability- Eye to detail
• Should be flexible to work in Shifts/ Open to work outside normal business hours as and when required for the process
