Job Description

Education/qualification: CA Cleared in 2015/16 / 17 with maximum 6 attempts to clear   Minimum 3 years of Statutory Audit experience is a must ( Ind-AS / US Gaap both are fine)   Experience in Auditing of Financial Services clients is preferred   Experience in Statutory Auditing of Private Equity/ Venture Capital / Mutual Funds/ Hedge Fund / Investment Management/ Financial Services industry client   Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English   Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills   Big 4 : KPMG/ PWC/ EY / Deloitte   Top CA Firms: Chokshi & Chokshi, Sharp & Tannan, Khimji Khunverji, Haribhakti, GT, Borkar & Mazumdar, Batliboi & Purohit   Candidate profile : Identify potential services that might be of value for the client to Manager /Partner   Keep clients current on engagement status.   Continuously expand own knowledge and skills through participation in industry education events   Proactively self-assess performance and progress   Increase staff s technical knowledge through training, provides value add comments and feedback   Execute components of audit under remote service delivery model in an effective and efficient manner   Develop and enhance good relationship with U.S. audit teams.   Work timing:11:30 AM to 9:00 PM For female employees, 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM for all others   (Timings may vary according to the business needs and peak periods, Cab drop facility for female employees during busy season)   Interview Process : Mediclaim, Life Insurance Cover, Phone, Internet costs   Candidate should have high speed internet connection   3 rounds of Video interview (HR interview, 2 rounds of technical interview, Partner level interview)
