Eligibility
10-12 years of Domain /IT experience
Should have experience in at least one to three Projects Implementation or Roll Outs or Support or Upgrade.
JOB Description
Key Skills & Responsibilities
10 + years of Experience in Information Technology.
Three or more years of project management experience in I.T.
Good understanding of the technical ecosystem of Java, DW, Oracle and cloud technologies. Familiar with software development and software specialties.
Experienced to handle complex multi-functional projects and programs in Waterfall and Agile methodology with program management principles.
Experience in providing solutions to Banking Domain a plus.
PMP Certified
Responsibilities:
Create & manage project plans.
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives.
Use Project Management skills to define scope and outcomes, track actions and lead toward success, including Client management.
Deliver and install technology solutions.
Help project team with the design and development tasks.
Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
Manage risk tracking process.
Monitor and manage scope.
Manage all documentation.
Work multiple projects simultaneously.
Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors.
Competencies:
PMP or Prince2 certifications required.
Detail-oriented.
Thrives in collaborative environment.
Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders.
Business & IT strategy experience.
Customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of related software tools.
Education Qualification
M.tech/B.Tech in any specialization
