Job Description
- Responsible for understanding FPGA specifications, authoring and developing content, reviewing and publishing high quality customer facing collateral for FPGA Products.
- Successful candidates should be able to gather requirements, run Applications designs using FPGA Software and validate designs on Microchip FPGA hardware.
- Work with global field teams and provide training, product videos/demos.
- Gather information from multiple sources, working closely with engineering teams
- Produce high quality customer facing collateral for FPGA products
- Collaborate with other Engineering teams to escalate and improve product development
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (from a reputed University) with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in Semiconductor Industry.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Knowledge of digital logic design and FPGA Design Flow concepts.
- Excellent Ability to understand and create design/product documentation.
- Good Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL
- Experience in writing User guides, Application Notes, Reference manual, and Datasheets for semiconductor products
- Working knowledge of tools such as FrameMaker, MS Visio, Acrobat and scripting tools.
- Experience in structured authoring using XML (DITA exposure preferred) is a plus
- Willing to participate and interact with global customers/field to understand and resolve their Technical Documentation challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
