Quality Analyst @ Avionic Consulting

Job Description

Working on manual and automated testing on the web-first application's UI and mobile UI responsiveness , preferably in Selenium.
Automate software based on current requirements, developing testing scripts, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of important testing techniques, test documentation and execution.
Understanding Defect Life Cycle and working on of defect tracking/bug flow systems and change control procedures
Test effort estimation, planning, writing and execution.
Analysing test results and collaborating with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
Perform functional and behavioural [BBD] testing.
Conduct performance testing, web service, load testing and regression testing.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in testing complex, commercial software e.g. enterprise software
Understanding a role of a QA in SDLC,
Knowledge of basic designing and programming
Excellent user-level understanding of internet technologies (browsers, web sites, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in agile teams using Jira.
Comfortable engaging directly with developers, product managers, and stake holders from testing to launch
