POSITION : HR EXECUTIVE ( FEMALE)
LOCATIONS : Chandigarh, Ambala, Ludhiana, Amritsar

JOB PROFILE :
Recruitment: -
To prepare Job Description for all new positions and to do hiring and recruitments .
To coordinate with HOD and consultancy for sourcing profiles.
To support in coordinating interviews.
To ensure basic screening of the profile. If selected, complete the documentation.
Independently set hiring strategies for recruitment.
Look after hiring pipeline.
Drive clarity on market and candidate pool for stakeholders on all positions and also be able to do Admin work .
Operations: -
To complete the joining process of newly joined employee.
To handle employee database- files management (keep records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transaction such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting).
To manage leaves and attendance of all employees.
To handle the payroll process.
To manage all documents related to advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Loans.
Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.
To coordinate Exit-Interviews.
To ensure timely full and final settlement of resigned staff.
