Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with functional and technical teams to continuously develop and support the Enterprise Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform.

Responsible for development, testing and implementation of RPA solutions.

Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps.

Collaborate with business technology team and process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating and running bots.

Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, detect fixes and any process change activities.

Create and maintain technical design documentation to support development.

Deliver technical training to the stakeholders.

Skills:

2+ years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Masters in Computer Application, MIS or related field
Basic to intermediate development experience in RPA tools/technologies (Certification in Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UI Path, etc.),
Exposure in developing client-based or web-based software solutions
