Job Description

Immediate Hiring - Asterisk Engineer/ Developer

Key Responsibilities: Experience in Design, managing, Development, maintaining, installing and configuring Asterisk/ IP PBX systems .Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface Asterisk integration with MySQL Strong Knowledge in VOIP, PBX, SIP, SDP,RTP protocols and Web RTC.Hands on experience on Queue, IVR and Voicemail.

Asterisk integration with Database (MySQL and MSSQL) with knowledge of queries and stored procedures.Scripting with Shell, Perl.

Experience in installing Hosted VoIP. Experience in Linux with very good exposure on Linux Administration, PHP, MySQL, C# and Web maintenance.

Should be hands-on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, Troubleshooting of dialer issues, application (ASTERISK) issues.

Provide standby technical support outside office hours to handle unexpected network issues, asterisk related issue, including weekends.

Ability to work independently on challenging environment with minimal supervision.
