Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to install Opentext Qfiniti 10 application including Web services, ICE server, Observe voice and screen servers.
• Thorough understanding of Qfiniti 10 architecture.
• Full understanding of Qfiniti 10.x switch and voice systems in Qfiniti system configuration tool.
• Be able to complete and troubleshoot Qfiniti 10.x QWA configuration adding teams and organizations, creating users and creating recording schedules, etc.
• Full understanding of Qfiniti 10 ICE software including capturing application screens and creating policies.
• Working knowledge with Qfiniti 10 system monitor tool and Qfiniti log files.
• Expert on Call Recording technology.
• Be able to install Qfiniti 10 Desktop and ICE client software, and basic configuration on PC.
• Have working knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop OS.
• Excellent knowledge and familiarity with Citrix and VMWare.

Certification/Qualification are a plus, I am more interested in practical experience.
