Urgent Opening || Fabrication & Welding Manager || Shirwal - PuneRoles and Responsibilities
Dear candidates,
We are Hiring for Fabrication & Welding Manager.
Job Description :
Strong Exposure in Heavy Fabrication And Welding process.
- Execution of project as per plan.
- Production Planning Testing & Proving as per test plan.
- Generation of Build & testing Records.
- Cross functional information Exchange to complete the project.
- QMS documentation
- Dispatch Shop floor management for assigned project.
- Team management
- Engineering drawing reading.
- To verify incoming raw material and correlated with MTC
- Checking Edge preparation and Fit-up inspection as per drawing.
- Check before, during and after welding activities.
- Do Welding, Visual and dimensional inspection.
- Prepare WPS and Welder Qualification Performance Test as per code & standards.
- Mechanical test witness at laboratory
- Welding Defects Correction.
- To prepare Welding Reports.
- Ensure all welding operations perform According to WPS.
- Inspection of Hydro test& Pneumatic test as per technical data & code and standards.
- Knowledge of different welding process like SMAW, MIG, MAG, TIG, SAW , FCAW PROCESS.
