Job Description
Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for,
Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM
Education : B.E(Chemical)/B.Tech/ M.sc + ADIS/PDIS
Experience : 10 to 20 Years.
CTC : 10 to 20 Lpa
1. Ensure compliance to all applicable statutory requirements
2.
To ensure that the reports on the performance of EHS management system are
presented to top management for review and as a basis for improvement in
EHS management system
3. To support implementation of EHS corporate safety guidelines at site &&
participate in allocated safety committees for their support
4. Implementation of EHS management system at site as per ISO 14001 &&
OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
5. To plan / Organize / follow up Audits and monitoring for the effective closure of
the audit gaps
6. Receiving , recording && responding to external communication from legal
authorities related to EHS
7. Assessment of Occupational health hazards and risks
8. Coordinate with suppliers , contractors and other interested parties on EHS
matters
9. Imparting training on EHS to all employees including contractor employees
ensuring effectiveness
10. Determination , Implementation and ensuring effectiveness of the operational
controls which are likely to cause environment, health && safety Issues
11. Conducting mock drill && carry out evaluation of effectiveness
12. To handle && coordinate for new EHS projects at site
13. Ensure preparation and timely review of standard operating procedure of EHS
14. Participation in incident investigation of selected incidents and implementation
of CAPA
15. Managing the Occupational heath centre operations and maintenance of
ambulance vans
16. To ensure that fire protection and fire fighting system including fire tender are
in working condition all the time
17. Seek guidance and comply to the instructions received from EHS corporate
from time to time
18. Ensure Ambient and workplace monitoring compliance .
19. Initiation of EHS promotional activities && awareness campaigns at site to
enhance overall awareness among the manpower.
Environments :
20.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all unit operation of Zero liquid
discharge facility ( ETP , STP. RP, decanter , Mono belt , incinerator , MVER,
MEE && ATFD )
21. Ensure compliance to all statutory / Regulatory requirements && ensure Zero
liquid discharge conditions are maintained at site always .
22. Hazardous waste management as per authorization obtained
23. Ensure perpetration of monthly reports of all unit operation for environments
section.
24. Ensure preparation and submission of MIS ( Environments ) before 10 th of
every month .
25. Identification of new projects for environment and planing for implementation
and coordination for timely completion of all ongoing projects
26. Develop the competence of subordinates to take up new responsibilities
27. Initiation of Environmental promotional activities && awareness campaign at
site to enhance overall awareness among the manpower.
28.
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of storm water drains at site and prevention
of storm water drain contamination at site by enhancing awareness among
production , Utility teams.
29. Preparation and timely review of environments standard operating procedure.
30. Ensure compliance of safety in each area of environment and implementation
of safety guidelines in all unit operations of environments
