Job Description

Dear Job Aspirant,

This is to bring to your Notice that we are Hiring for Associate Agency Development Managers position for a reputed Multinational Life Insurance company.

A candidate who has at least 3 years of experience of field sales will be considered. The company is hiring from different sectors like telecom, travel and tourism, pharmaceutical, hospitality, FMCG, banking, insurance, education etc.

Maximum CTC that will be offered to candidates will be Rs. 3 lacs and a tablet worth Rs. 15,000 will be given.

Experience- 2-10 years in Sales

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Graduate preferably with an MBA

Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations

This company also encourages women candidates it has a good gender ratio already.

The age of the candidate should be between 24 to 35years.

The AADM (Associate Agency Development Manager) has to manage a team of quality agents. Under the guidance and supervision these agents are required to sell life insurance policies to clients. The agents are commission agents and they get commission on sales of the insurance policies. The AADM earns incentive on sales of insurance policies.

Very good training to AADM and his team of agents will be provided by the company.

All sales procedures are digitalized and computerized.

Life Insurance sector is a growing sector in India. In these times of Covid-19 where we see a complete shut down of so many businesses the insurance companies are functional because insurance comes under essential services. In fact the life insurance companies are seeing remarkable growth.

Job Responsibility :

Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents

* Ensure product knowledge by the companies ways of training

* Field demonstration (FODs)

* Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

* Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

* Ensure Company's product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms

* Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs

* Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per the companys standard

Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate / Post graduate with good experience in sales
