DJOBS HR Services We are hiring for HR officer at Mumbai 

 Position :         HR OFFICER 

 Qualification :      MBA / PGDM 

Job Location :      Mumbai 

Salary :             18k-25k 

Roles and Responsibility

  • Discussing Job Profile with the Internal Departments as well as with the candidates and scheduling interviews with the Line manage
  • Giving Advertisements in paper for the New Vacancies.
  • Forwarding requirements to Consultants/Placements.
  • Taking feedback from the respective HOD Managers for the resumes sent by Consultants/Placements
  • Sourcing Resumes through Naukri.com Job Portals across PAN India.
  • Taking feedback from the respective HOD Managers for the resumes sent by Naukri Portal or any other portals
  • Using different recruitment techniques like Head Hunting, Cold calling, Social Media Recruitment like LinkedIn, Facebook, Networking sites, Referencing etc.
  • Arranging &Scheduling Interviews with the Line managers or respective HODs
  • Conducting Induction for the new employees & introducing the new joiners to the existing dept.
  • Filling up PF Nominee Forms & issuing EPIC TIC Cards for New Joiners to Consultants & taking follow up with the consultants.
  • Opening the Bank Accounts of the new joiners & also Updating  details of the new joiners
  • Conducting Reference Checks of new joiners
  • Should do Salary Negotiations & send job offer emails to shortlisted candidates.
  • Updating & maintaining Interviewed candidate databases on daily basis
  • Coordinate with IT team for all employee systems.
  • Making arrangements for guest house & travel arrangements for the new outstation joiners to conduct Induction programmer.
  • Coordinating with the various departments & other branches within the Organization
  • Handling the statutory compliance needs of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF (Challans Wage Rate notifications)
  • Scrutinizing the Labor bills, Contractor agreements, and Legal compliance of the Manufacturing units.
  • Responsible for Leave Management of Units staff as a pre-requisite to Payroll management.
  • Handling grievances in regards to Salary.
  • Handling grievances in regards to Manpower issue at Unit & Project level.
  • Complete handling of manpower planning to bridge the resource gaps.
  • Briefly, the candidate shall be looking after Labour Laws, F&F Settlement, Leave Management and Payroll along with Statutory Compliance.
