Patients handling Service , Counseling skills , Customer Management Skills.

Performs all accountabilities in a timely and efficient manner, following established company policy and projecting a favorable image to achieve objectives of public recognition and acceptance.

A Patient service Executive is a professional responsible for providing exemplary services to the guests whenever they make an entry in the hotel, during their period of stay, and whenever they will depart.

Registration and rooming of all arrivals according to established procedures.

Detailed information regarding patients arrivals and requirement.
