Job Description
We have an urgent opening of HR Recruiter for Gurgoan
Roles & Responsibilities:
To Call up Potential Candidates and Screen as per the client's requirements. (Tele calling job)
Sourcing the Relevant Profiles from the Various Job Portals as per the Requirements.
Coordinating with the Clients & placing the right candidates.
Aggressively following up with candidates to get their interviews done.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target-oriented/ Individual Contributor role.
Comfortable with only calling and using other
Should have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, AND other professional networks.
Proven work experience as a Talent source or similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Effective time-management abilities
Minimum 1-year experience in recruitment or Consultancy Experience
Salary 1 LPA - 2.5 LPA
