Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for Finance and accounting of the institution and fiscal maintenance.
*Working knowledge of Service tax and income tax.
*Income tax and statutory tax compliance Experience.
*Responsibility of facilities Accounts & Finance function, including general and property accounting, fiscal record maintenance and Listing Agreement reporting requirements, Billing and Receivables, Asset Management.
*Corporate Standards and policies relating to Finance and Accounts function, Legal, Tax (Direct and Indirect)
*Statutory compliance including documentation and assessments and Cost audits and interfacing with independent auditors.
*Overseeing the creation of and adherence to a budget for the entire company
*Helps to establish and follow short and long term financial goals and other forms of strategic financial planning
*Monitoring all aspects of the companys financial reporting
*Approving and reviewing financial reports for the company
*Recommending ideas for the companys strategic plan
*Driving the companys financial planning
*Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
*Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
