Job Description

Must be willing to work in permanent US timing
Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & Written)
4 - 6 years of experience in providing software application support or exceptionally sharp freshers can also apply
Experience in handling US/Canadian customers will be a major plus
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Should be ready for Product Support
Should be flexible to work on Weekend Shifts
Should have exposure on US Client interaction (Voice Process)
