Job Description

We have an Urgent Openings of Asst.Manager for Quality Control / Quality Assurance in "ADF Foods Ltd".Nashik Branch.

JD: Asst. Manager - QA

To manage the food safety team and organize the work

To ensure relevant training of the food safety team members Internally and Externally

To report to the organizations top management on the effectiveness and suitability of food safety management system

Have full responsibility and authority for planning, organizing and conducting Internal and External Audits FSMS Verifications

Ensuring validation of the FSMS Plan and other facets of the FSMS

Periodic Review of the FSMS, and decisions regarding changes / up gradations

Monitoring production processes, and identification & implementation of process changes / up gradations

Review and finalization of the flow charts, their hazard analysis and determination of CCP.

Review and finalization of the FSMS documents and all amendments.

Ensuring the conduction of FSMS verification and validation of critical limits and Pre-requisite program.

Approval of all amendments

Organize and conduct food safety Audits.

Approve and maintain specifications of raw material and finished products.

Coordinating with external certification agencies

Heading Microbiology Department

Filling Customer Specifications and Providing Documents to them timely

Responding to customer complaints and implementation and Monitoring of Actions Initiated

Verification of Effluent sample results

Communication with Head Office QA and provide Technical informations to share with customer

Experience:At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Food processing industry. Especially retail food packing industries. Exposure and experience in pickle /chutney /RTE process line is preferred.

Qualification:B.Sc. (Microbiology ) / M.Sc. Microbiology (preferred) OR B. Tech (Food/food science)

Location:Nasik.
