Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling customer support teams
  • Cross cultural experience
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
  • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Responsible in recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
  • Plans, monitors, appraises, and reviews job contributions of team members.
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Ensure efficiency while maintaining high quality of support.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate& coach the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by your team.
  • Enforces company policies and procedures.

Experience : min 3 yr in handling customer support executive


Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service support with excellent knowledge of management methods & techniques.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with advanced troubleshooting & multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Good understanding of Customer Service Skills, Process Improvement, Team Management, Strong Decision making Skills, Analytical Skills, Staffing & Planning.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Decision making skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices & techniques.
