Job Description

1. Ensuring the reliable performance of ERP systems.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
3. Participating in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications.
4. Monitoring system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
5. Coordinating new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.
6. Recommending new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback.
7. Reporting to top management.
