Job Description
Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!
We are Hiring for, Civil Engineer
A. Proposal Development
1. Drive the pre-bid evaluation to understand the scope of work involved.
2. Undertake any pre-bid engineering required for validation of basic engineering & developing accurate quantification of the scope
3. Co-ordinate with engineering & estimation teams within the organisation as well as external specialists, if required, to ensure high level of accuracy in the BD team's understanding of the scope.
4. Identify & highlight technical risks in the project on the basis of tender documents, basic engineering package, site visits (if required).
B. Engineering for EPC Projects :
1. Drive the engineering for all projects across the organisation, through the engineering co-ordinators designated for each project.
2. Identify & implement value engineering initiatives during the detailed engineering stage.
3. Ensure timely execution of engineering activities as per project timelines.
4. Co-ordinate with and efficiently manage client expectations for each project.
5. Co-ordinate with external stakeholders, especially engineering specialists & agencies if any, for timely completion of deliverables & tasks as planned.
6. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders including the procurement & construction teams to ensure consistent understanding throughout the project team of the technical requirements for different scope of work.
7. Manage all engineering documentation required throughout the project lifecycle.
C. Technical head for Services & Equipment Supply contracts
1. Manage the technical requirements of service contracts such as O&M of equipment and pipelines, compressor packaging, skid mounted systems & equipment etc.
2. Drive the design & engineering requirements for such contracts & co-ordinate with the product development & services teams.
3. Support the execution teams on any technical challenges in this respect by effective problem-solving approach.
