Position: HR Executive -Talent Acquisition Team Part time (5 hours)

Part Time 5 hours Work from Home - Anywhere in India

Eligibility Criteria:

• Smart in spoken hindi/english/any regional language
• Candidates should have good written communication skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Should own laptop and smart phone mandatory
• Graduate/10+2

Job Description:

• To deliver 5 joiners per month - Target based role.
• To source sales manager positions for India's 2nd largest private insurance company
• To source sales manager positions from job portals, excel databases and social media as per the role requirements given location wise Pan-India level within the defined timelines
• Sourcing, screening, telephonic interviewing, short-listing and arranging forcandidate interviews with branch managers in coordination with Zonal HR point of contacts as per the drives listed in the roster
• To find the best profiles for various sales channels from the given database
• Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage of screening to joining stage
• Update all candidate interactions in internal database accurately and on a timely manner
• To be compliant and adhere with the call script provided to maintain quality standards of interviewing process laid down by TA team
• To coordinate with Team Leader/Sr. Manager in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage ofall salespositions
• To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
