Roles and Responsibilities
Certification Required
- Strong experience in creating Integration architecture with varied authentication mechanism like OAuth, Mutual Certificate based authentication.
- Experience in handling both REST and SOAP based Direct and Scripted integrations, Web Service Import Sets.
- Creation of custom applications from scratch using ServiceNow Studio.
- Knowledge of working Team development Environment and Domain Separation.
- Knowledge of Update set migration, backing out of update sets and version control via Bit Bucket
- Experience in creating ServiceNow Reports and Database Views.
- Experience in working on UI pages and Macros.
- Implementation of Cloning and Upgrades.
- Experience in loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform maps.
- Should have knowledge on best practices of ServiceNow.
- Should have a good experience in ATF.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on other tools like Apigee, Splunk, JIRA based on the requirement.
- Should have experience, working in a BAU.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be able to analyze, design and implement any functionalities independently.
- Should be able to coordinate with different people for any design or resolving issues.
- Responsible in conducting peer code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards.
- Should be able to provide enhancements for the platform.
- Maintain JIRA hygiene in the system and update confluence page regularly with the functionalities that was developed.
