Job Description

RequiredCandidate-Should be having experience into sales hiring for Non-IT profiles

Should have done end to end recruitment for bulk-hiring Business Development Field Sales Sales

Should be well-versed hiring from platforms like ( Social Media Linkedin Quikr Olx Facebook and References )

Should be aggressive to complete the weekly/Monthly Targets

Age - Max 30 yrs can consider

Description:
1) Achieving and exceeding the recruitment targets month on month
2) Understanding the requirements and briefing the same to the team
3) Monitoring and driving recruitments
4) Industry Mapping and headhunting for niche reqts
4) Identifying and implementing innovative sources of recruitment
5) Doing the initial rounds of interviews
6) Interview coordination and joining coordination
7) Offer Negotiation
8) Maintaining various MIS
