Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:
3+ years experience in Ruby.
Knowledge of working with DBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Have experience with testing frameworks like RSpec or Minitest
Empathise with our users, understanding that some will be less technical and its our responsibility to make things work for them (but some will be uber-geeks and we need to delight them too)
Have a growth mindset, are interested in continuous learning and improvement, and will help us scale our engineering processes and team
Good to have:
Experience with JavaScript/ES6
A keen eye for UX/UI
An understanding of Privacy implications under GDPR
Rails experience preferred
