Position - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Central Operation
Location - Thane, Maharashtra
Reporting to - Head - Central Operations and Customer Service
Specific Responsibilities
End to end servicing for Micro Finance Product
Liaising with Sales and Product Team (occasionally service providers) and other business channels (like SIDBI) to ensure seamless operations and servicing Timely updation of payment entries in the system Liaising with internal stakeholders (Business Heads, Finance Team) for approvals, payment entries and other activities/ decisions Managing relations with Service Providers
Managing Insurance Claims
Liaising with Insurance Companies to settle customers claim (Individual & Group)Ensure renewal of Insurance is done on time and no delays (Micro Finance)Liaising with internal stake holders (Customer Service) for seamless customer experience.
Passing DREs
Timely updation of all payments done through online channels Accurately completing banking recon for all the payments done through online channels Liaising with Collections & Finance team for discrepancy in payments
TAT maintenance
Team management (manpower planning, leaves, shifts etc)
Process / Procedure development & compliance
Preparation of MIS & publishing the same

Work Experience
5 to 8 years of experience (Full Time) with minimum 2 years of experience in Bank/ NBFC as AM/ DM/ Manager
Should have a knowledge of lending business
Should have a knowledge of Micro-Finance business
Have worked on Jayam and Finnone system
