We require Asst Officer ( Customer Support ) our client based at Vadodara Gujarat.
Qualification:Any Graduate
Experience :
ERP knowledge, Cheque deposit & system entry, Basic MS office
Basic knowledge of Export documents, procedures and incoterms would be an added benefit.Min 3 to 4 years in Customer service experience is required.
Order entry into the system
Order scheduling
RB reconconcilliation with all the departments
Cheque queing and depositing
Meeting domestic & export customer requirements
Resolving customer issues/complaints
Maintaining log of complaints and issues from customer
To track outstanding payments
Purchase order entry and commissioning
Keeping track of stocks and dispatches
Daily tracking and entries in report format
Generating Monthly sales report
Contract duration is 6 Months and extendable depends on clients requirement.
