-Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and tailor Fusion solutions to their needs.
-Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build code as per requirements.
-Candidate should have experience in working across different technical workstreams for RICEW development e.g. Interfaces, Reports, Conversions, Workflows.
-Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation activities.
-Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.
-Candidate should be able to manage a team of 4-6 junior team members.
-Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer.

Qualifications And Skills:

-Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical tools HCM Data Loader [HDL], Payroll Batch Loader [PBL], HCM Extracts, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence [OTBI], Fast Formulas [Payroll, Compensation, Absence, T&L, Benefits], Approval Workflows
-Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Models and expertise is BI Publisher is a must.
-Candidate should have experience in using Oracle delivered SOAP Web Services and Rest API for Integration. E.g. HDL, PBL, BIP, Extracts
-Candidate should have experience in using SOA middleware tools like SOACS, ICS, MFT etc.
-Candidate should possess good communication skills.

Experience And Background:

-Bachelors Degree with 60% or more.
-5+ years of experience in in Oracle ERP solution implementation for US and UK based customers.
-Experience in atleast 2 full cycle Cloud implementations is a must.
-Prior experience in on-prem Oracle applications like E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft will be an added advantage.
-Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
