The roles and responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute marketing strategic plans and forecasts by understanding deliverables to achieve targets.
- Maintain professional sales practices of lead generation, customer account planning and management and record keeping to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
- Drive new avenues for marketing the Company projects and obtain client testimonials.
- Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
- Meet goals in accordance with overall marketing strategy/ plan.
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted business activity.
- Ability to maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Skills and requirements- Handled international sales and marketing.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client servicing, identification of customer needs and challenges, negotiating and closing skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Individuals having 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field preferred.
- Preferably having architectural and structural knowledge.
