Functional Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2. Determining selection criteria.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments.
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details & share interview call letters.
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
7. Utilizing the different portals for Mass mailings & Job Postings.
8. Foster long- term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment.
2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
3. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
4. No bars to incentives.
5. We require candidates who have good recruitment experience/ convincing skills/ presentable attitude.
