Desired Candidate Profile

Roles And Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and tailor Fusion solutions to their needs.
Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build code as per requirements.
Candidate should have experience in working across different technical workstreams for RICEW development e.g. Interfaces, Reports, Conversions, Workflows.
Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation activities.
Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.
Candidate should be able to manage a team of 4-6 junior team members.
Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer.

Qualifications And Skills
Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical tools HCM Data Loader [HDL], Payroll Batch Loader [PBL], HCM Extracts, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence [OTBI], Fast Formulas [Payroll, Compensation, Absence, T&L, Benefits], Approval Workflows
Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Models and expertise is BI Publisher is a must.
Candidate should have experience in using Oracle delivered SOAP Web Services and Rest API for Integration. E.g. HDL, PBL, BIP, Extracts
Candidate should have experience in using SOA middleware tools like SOACS, ICS, MFT etc.
Candidate should possess good communication skills.

Experience And Background
Bachelors Degree with 60% or more.
5+ years of experience in in Oracle ERP solution implementation for US and UK based customers.
Experience in atleast 2 full cycle Cloud implementations is a must.
Prior experience in on-prem Oracle applications like E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft will be an added advantage.
Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
