Cheque Overdraft verify offset balances in any eligible accounts Decision to Pay, Refer or Return
to branch
2. Retrieve & verify transactions on 5 report types (credit maintenance, loan exceptions, daily activity of
loans, limit adjustment exceptions and others) send corrective recommendation to appropriate teams
3. Mortgage Action on request to change payment account/frequency/amount change, setting up a D/U
schedule, updating cost of borrowing disclosure delivery options, and payment account changes
4. Reverse service charges for overdraft collection personal accounts below and over $100; Debit &
Reconcile GLs for personal loan accounts; Reverse service charges for overdrawn business collection
accounts
5. Upload data available in financial statements provided by various financial organizations onto MRA
(Moodys Risk Analyst tool) for Account Managers to perform analysis on borrowers accounts
6. Route to the appropriate queue for indexing post validating for missing/piggy (overlapping)back pages or
missing mortgage/SRF, FSQ/ Merchant/Visa nos
